Stacy Springer is Owner and Executive Chef of Einstein’s Kitchen, LLC. Stacy loves to share the knowledge that she has learned and continues to learn with those who want to improve their culinary skills. She believes that anyone can cook and would love to teach you!
Stacy is an accomplished chef, wife and mother of three. Married to her amazing husband for 15 years. After 10 years in the medical field, her desire to further her passion for the kitchen became a career choice. Years of medical background have made a great foundation for precision, multitasking and cleanliness in the kitchen. Stacy attended Arizona Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2007 and Graduated with Honors, receiving a diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking, and Restaurant Management.
Her degree was just the beginning of her lifelong passion for learning and teaching about food! Stacy loves to teach and guide others to find their culinary genius and also to provide incredible food for their special events. Currently working on her book and co hosting a cooking show airing shortly in Utah and Nevada! Uplifting families, overcoming life's challenges and accomplishing personal goals are near and dear to her heart.
